Hello and welcome to Cakes by Twinnies. My name is Janelle and I am a wife and mother of 2 wonderful boys. I embarked on this journey of cake decorating after my twin sister and I completed a 10 hour course some months ago. Up until then I never gave much thought to the beautifying of cakes, they were just baked and enjoyed by my family with minimal fuss. Flower Bouquet and Football Cupcakes
These cupcakes were made for my son's birthday. Of course the flower cupcakes were for the girls, and you guessed it, the footballs for the boys. They were all piped using buttercream and the footballs were made out of fondant.
I think I've put on 2 kilos just reading about these divine creations!
ReplyDeleteYou probably could have saved yourself some fondant and used Clinkers for the footballs.
ReplyDeleteTrue but they wouldn't have been red, would they? But a great idea, nonetheless.
